Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Lirvex mobile application, a lightweight and professional photo collage tool focused on providing personalized image collage services. The core functions of Lirvex allow users to upload local images and match diverse built-in templates to complete creative photo collage production. This policy elaborates on the entire rules of data processing, privacy protection standards and user rights protection during your use of the App, forming a fair and binding privacy agreement between the platform and users.

Your download, installation and full use of the App’s collage functions constitute your voluntary recognition and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall immediately stop using the App and delete all local data generated by the service.

1. Age Restriction & User Qualification

Lirvex is dedicated for adult users only. The application and all its functional services are exclusively available to users aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from accessing, downloading and using this App.

The photo template collage function of the App is designed for adult personal creative image production and daily image arrangement scenarios, with no service orientation for minors. The platform will not actively collect, store or process any personal information of minors. In the event that minor-related data is unintentionally retained due to system exceptions, the platform will perform complete and permanent deletion at the first time. All users confirm that they have full civil capacity to bear legal responsibilities for their image uploading and collage creation behaviors.

2. Core Data Governance Principles

Lirvex always abides by the governance principles of user-initiated processing, minimal necessary scope, local independent operation and zero commercial exploitation. All image uploading, template matching and collage synthesis operations are completed locally on the user’s device. The platform never secretly collects user privacy data, actively tracks user usage traces, or uses user creative works for commercial promotion, data trading and other unauthorized behaviors.

3. Scope of Processed User Data

To ensure the normal operation of core collage functions, the App only processes user data actively uploaded and authorized by users, without any excessive collection of irrelevant sensitive information. The specific data types are limited to the following contents required for service implementation:

3.1 User Local Image Resources

Original local pictures, photos and image materials actively uploaded by users for template collage creation. The App only reads image data locally to complete collage matching and synthesis, and does not actively identify or extract any private information contained in the images.

3.2 User Collage Works

New image files generated by users through the App’s template collage function, including various styles of spliced and typeset image works completed by users’ independent matching and editing.

3.3 Anonymous Service Operation Data

To optimize the compatibility of image processing, fix functional bugs and improve the stability of template adaptation, the platform anonymously collects non-identifiable basic operation data such as device system version and App running logs. Such data cannot locate individual user identity and is only used for internal product optimization iteration.

4. Legitimate Data Usage Purposes

All processed user data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service scenarios to support the stable operation of the App’s template collage core functions, with no hidden or expanded usage rights:

• Fulfill core service capabilities: Complete local parsing of user uploaded images, template matching adaptation and collage synthesis rendering to create personalized collage works for users.

5. Local Storage & User Absolute Control

Lirvex adopts a full local independent storage mode. All user uploaded original images and finished collage works are exclusively stored in the user’s personal mobile device. The platform has no remote server upload, cloud synchronization or automatic backup functions, and will not actively transmit any user image data to external servers or third parties.

Temporary cache generated during image uploading and collage synthesis will be automatically cleared after the completion of a single production task to avoid redundant data accumulation. Users have full independent control over all image resources and collage works, and can save, edit, sort and delete local image data at any time. All deleted data will be permanently and irreversibly erased without any residual backups.

6. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure Commitment

The platform strictly promises to keep user image data confidential. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any user’s original images, edited collage works and creation records to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The App operates independently without embedding any third-party data statistics SDK, behavior tracking tools or data transmission interfaces. User data will only be disclosed in strict accordance with mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and official law enforcement documents when legal obligations arise.

7. Local Data Security Protection

All image processing and collage production operations of the App run in an encrypted local sandbox environment, which can effectively prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and illegal access. The platform implements strict internal permission closed-loop management, and no staff can view, obtain or export user local image data and collage works in any form, fully protecting users’ image creation privacy and data security.

8. Sensitive Data Zero Collection Statement

The App’s functional logic is single and focused on image template collage production. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive private information contained in user images, including biological features, geographic location, text privacy and other irrelevant sensitive data. Manual cache clearing by users will not affect the normal storage and viewing of core collage works.

10. User Content Compliance Responsibilities

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all uploaded images and self-produced collage works. Users undertake not to use the App’s template collage function to process, create or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent and other non-compliant content that violates national laws and public order and good customs.

The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate the service qualification of users who violate compliance regulations, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.

11. Policy Iteration Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with product function iteration and national personal information protection laws and regulations.
